What: Making his presence known in grand style and looking to make some connections with the people already here. Perhaps even make a deal or two.
Where: Either at his office within the castle or his shop outside the castle. His shop, like other businesses tends to move around though it always seems to pop up where and when you need it...especially if the need's great enough.
When: For about a week (the 3th-10th)
Warnings: Be careful what you wish for. None.
Within each of the different surrounding districts which encircle the castle, fliers began falling from the sky, fluttering in the wind like paper snow into the hands of the residents. The fliers, which seem to have no origin, all carry the same message.

Within the halls of Zenithia herself, the students and faculty are coaxed in a much more subdued manner. Every hall has a flier though no one can recall seeing anyone putting them out the night before. And no one is taking credit for it.
Good morning, students and fellow faculty of Zenithia. My name is Dr. Armand Facilier and, as of today, I will be lending my talents to this most prestigious institution. If there is anyone who wishes to introduce themselves or has a matter they wish to discuss with me can find me in my office on Level 0.
