Weight - 6 months and what a difference!

What a difference 6 months makes, well ok 6 months and 8 days. Keeping a log of what I eat has been very effective for me, I've lost over 17kg after all, but it all seems a bit swift. It was only when filling in my food log for the day that I realised that I've been at this for well over half a year now and the results are amazing... well they are for me anyway.

A year ago, or hell, even 6 months or so when I started, I would never have said that I had the will power to carry this off. 6 months has trully made a huge difference to me and there is no way I am going back. Next week is going to be difficult, being back in the UK with 'home' food like fish and chips etc is going to be hard to resist but I must do it!

Zeni's starting weight was 101.00 kg or 15.9 stone, his current weight is 83.9 kg or 13.2 stone

Thats a difference of: 17.1 kg or 2.7 stone, only 3.9 kgs to go until Zeni reaches his target weight of 80 kg

Starting BMI was 28.0, current BMI is 23.2
