i just remembered
i used to hear voices as a kid when we lived in that townhouse. late at night. sometimes i would think it was my mom whisper-yelling at my dad but it would happen every single time i went to the bathroom in the middle of the night.
into high school then college i would occasionally hear voices yelling my name or trying to get my attention.
i think it stopped around the time i moved to the ballard house or the interake apartment
