This morning on the Today show, Laura Bush told Ann Curry that the President is suffering over Iraq. In fact, she said Americans need to know that "no one suffers more than their President and I do." Really? I can think of about 3,300 families that probably suffer just a little more than the President and Laura Bush. She wouldn't know what suffering was unless it was biting her on the ass. But, then again, her dead soul probably wouldn't feel that either.
