Yes, we want you to post them and e-mail them. The post is so that other players can see them, and the e-mail is so that the mods can easily organize and search without having to scour a bunch of comments.

For all characters, please post the app from their character journal. This makes it easy on us as mods to update all the info and get your character invited to the comms.

(If your character would lie, or think they'd react differently than you know they would, that's what you'd explain in your OOC answer.) All answers, both ICly and OOCly (about your character!, this way if your character lies, the mods can still see the truth!) must be three sentences or longer. You are permitted one question to ICly answer with less. Only one, so choose carefully which question your character "really wouldn't say anything else about."

We respect the privacy of our players and would never need to or want to know any of these types of answers for our players! We apologize, because previously this section was not worded clearly enough to make note of that.

Do you believe in God? Why or why not?
A: No. I'm pretty sure he was made up by a conspiracy meant to keep us in a moral majority. The lines drawn around our identities by both the church and the world around us are digusting, right? As if.
OOC A: Angela's always had a lot of difficulty with her parents and their religion, and so she actively rebels against their insistence she participate in the family traditions. Church, God, all of that remind her of a family she views as cold, and so she's definitely not about to cop to any religious leanings.
Have you ever been in a situation where you pretended to be worse-off than you were to get ahead? Would you do it again if you had the chance?
A: Are you kidding? Of course not! (one line exception used.)
OOC: Of course she has. A dozen, trillion times. Angela is the master of pretending woe stories online. She's gotten digital boyfriends to send her flowers, gotten friends to do fund-raising campaigns for "cancer" treatment and feigned life-long insult to avoid admitting guilt for hurting a friend. Angela, in conclusion, is an amazing manipulator, and utilizes sorrow as one of her key tactics.
Alt apps
These are really simple. Write as much or as little as you like. We won't judge alt apps too harshly, because the intent is that characters will play whatever they want, and other characters will police them if they have lore wrong or whatever. So even though Zenderael doesn't have dragons or elves or vampires or werewolves as playable races, you can still play one. Just be aware that other PCs may call you on it.
The only thing we'll be doing with alt apps is fact-checking. If you play a very busy PC with several high-level alts, we may ask where they found the time to play those alts. If you pick a build that your chosen class doesn't have, we'll ask you to correct it. Other than that, alts pretty much get a free pass and having alt apps is more for the benefit of the people playing with you than for quality control.
A note on NPC alts: you can app an alt that you're not going to play, say for the purposes of farming items/money, which your character would logically have but would be really boring to do logs for. In these cases, you still need to fill out an app. They won't count against your alt character limit, but NPC alts will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. If you want to un-NPC the alt and you are otherwise at your character limit, you'll have to get rid of one of them.
