Just watched the SuperBowl. We couldnt manage to stay up last night.
I have to say I went in thinking we were going to lose.
And we didnt.
I have hurt my throat from when Porter picked off Manning. In a moment of blinding fan passion I was to be found Arms outstretched above my head and doing the highest pitched screeeeeeem you have ever heard. For the whole 75 yards. Hubby sunk to the floor babbling, "I don't believe it, they have f*cking done it!" Teared up and everything.
We have spent the last ten minutes figuring out who will be interviewed when the inevitable Americas Game show will be broadcast. So far we have Drew, Porter and whoever it was at the bottom of the pile when the onside kick was recovered by the Saints.
Glad Jerry is in the HoF as well. No suprise there ;)
Its only taken 23 years for Sean Paynton to go from assistant coach of the Leicester Panthers to Superbowl Champ Head Coach...
