This is the Duke of Portland boathouse on Ullswater in the Lake district. It has just sold for £350000. It will be up for sale again and I will buy it. Oh yeah. It matches the one I had a dream about last week as well, and up until last night I had no idea it existed, let alone was inhabitable..
