I've felt a bit mired in negative thoughts lately. Not about myself, but feeling generally antagonistic and resentful about some people's words and actions. I'm going to try a simple routine each day, using my lj, to focus on thinking about things in a more positive way. I'm going to post 3 positive thoughts or goals, one about a friend, one about work, one about myself and then think about them when I do my morning stretches. Might help me remember to do my stretches every day too.
Another thing I'm going to do is get off facebook until work finishes on the 19th.
Hopefully this will mean coasting into the holidays in a calm and happy manner:).
