I'm staying up way too late! 11pm, omg! I'm excited that the plumber made the water flow 500% better - we turned on two hot taps and they both ran with decent pressure. This is a feat unheard of up till now. I've never really cared about water pressure (hence not fixing it for 5 years) but I appear to be in the minority in this instance. So when a good plumber offers to check it out and the cost of fixing is within my means... it is fixed! Hopefully the half dozen other 'urgent' jobs are as easy to resolve. Note to self - get aircon fixed asap. And roof repointed. And.. all the other things.
