All aboard the fail-boat!

We're a quarter of the way through the second day back after having taken 2 weeks off of any changes at work. The off-shore people that I work with have failed their "have a clue" check and had me stop the process only to start it back up 90 seconds later, for no reason other than "that's what the paperwork says we are to do".
They are not known for their critical thinking skills, and it adds a LOT of confusion and frustration to everything that we have do to.
