Iain took yesterday off work because of having extra holidays to take, so instead of staying in and doing work, he made me go out and have fun. We went to see Ponyo at 11am - it's so unnatural to leave the cinema when it's still daytime, and actually really bright outside. Ponyo was lovely though.
And then we went ice skating. It was ace, although we only got to use a little cordoned off area of the ice, and then all these little kids came along and started skating circles around me and doing jumps and spins and things. It was quite fun apart from those little show-offs though! I managed to fish my old skates out of a cupboard at home, and they still fit and everything.
It's the last week of this college block now. Hand-in week. I have nothing done, pretty much. I can have a week of remediation time though, so that'll come in useful.
