Seahorse

There are about 35 different species of seahorses, found in tropical and temperate oceans. Their size ranges from ¼ inch to over 1 foot long. Sea horses are unusual in that they are monogamous and mate for life. They form a bond by repeating a greeting dance every morning. In addition, male, not female, sea horses get pregnant when the female deposits her eggs into his pouch. Each pregnancy lasts about two to three weeks, and once the male gives birth, he usually becomes pregnant again right away. The seahorse changes its color as camouflage and to express emotions to other seahorses
