raising some silly points I would like to make:
- Cas ships Sam and Dean together forever. He brought Sam back and was like BUT WHY DID HE NOT GO RUN IN TO SEE DEAN? HOW COME I DIDN'T JUST MAKE THEM HAPPY TOGETHER FOREVER BY DOING THIS? WHY DIDN'T MY PLAN WORK?
- Dean's line to Cas: Next to Sam, you and Bobby are the closest things I have to family. You are like a brother to me.
... I HAVE NOTHING TO ADD TO THIS. OH DEEEEAN. I just. The whole world comes next to Sam <3333333 Dean loves family most forever <33333333 Cas is like family to Dean <333333
also, obviously "like a brother" means "totally fucking" to Dean, if this entire series of pained longing looks has taught us anything.
