Party Hypocracy
This happened at the last Halloween party, however some explanation might be required for understanding.
The girl depicted in this comic went on a bit of a tirade against furries, to me, who she doesn't know is a fur (yay closet). She stated in plain terms that furs are sick, depraved, perverted, people.
Now, the interesting part, just taking myself as an example here (being the closet fur essentially) is that she is the one out of us two who is depraved etc... Looking into past relationships and general societal values, other than my occasional excessive drinking, she does and has done a hell of a lot worse. So, it was pot calling silver toaster black. Sure, I'm not saying that all furs are good and not the things she said, but every bloody group has people like that. Doesn't matter where you look you will find people with those 'qualities' in any walk or avenue of life.
*sigh* The ignorance was frustrating. Though it doesn't appear that furs have managed to shake that kind of general view of them, yet.
