This weekend has been fun. Oh dammit. It's already Sunday night. I hate how weekends seem to fly by.

Anyway, I went to two consecutive days of Loggers rugby tryouts today and yesterday. The Loggers are a northwest team who, this year, will be playing teams like UCal and the Mexican National team (!!!!). So I felt pretty inept the whole time; Lord knows whether I'll even be called back for the "possible/probable"'s practice later, but it's exciting nonetheless.

I feel like I've improved. Oh my gosh, I swear everytime I did a drill a coach would tell me something different to remember. I tried not to get too down on myself though, because putting myself in a negative mood makes me less confident and creates a cycle.

Also there was this coach there, Steve Bush, who was pretty tall and had, I swear, the largest hands I had ever seen. He also had a British-derived accent and wore a New Zealand hat, which led me to believe that he was from New Zealand. But I can't really tell the difference between British, New Zealand, or Australian accents.

Other than that I have a bunch of dense reading ("Possible Future Architechtures of Global Governance: A Transnational Perspective/Prospective." anyone?) to do for SIS201 along with a rough draft of a research paper for Thursday.
