Hey girl, I wanna drift away with you! Hey girl, you've got an undertow!

I've had this random superhero-type girl in my head for a while (I have all these random characters in my head, just hanging out) and the other day, I suddenly thought of a story for her to be in. I've given it the working title of Redlight and I;m trying to write the plot for the book while trying to fend off my ideas for the manga and the movie as well. XD
Characters Thus Far

Blonde: the main character (actually, she's both of the main characters); she doesn't have a name yet, but she's blonde, so there you go. She's schizsophrenic (I have completely butchered that word) and manifests a superhero (tentatively named RedCat) who is more or less her polar opposite without realizing it (shoe doesn't figure it out until near the end). She's kind of shy (it's really more that she doesn't have any people skills and would rather be home playing computer games than interact with people), not very pretty, a little prudish, and definitely not pulled-together. Her hair is short and frizzy, she herself is short (and her figure is more-or-less non-existant), she's not terribly bright, and she's a bit uncoordinated. Her parents were murdered when she was five; she was there, but has suppressed the memories (mostly because it was her first magical outburst - she killed her parent's murderers; she thinks they died in an accident of some kind).

Red: the other main character (the superhero one). The flirtiest, seemingly most whorish girl ever to exist ever. She has long, perfect bloody-red hair that hangs past her waist in gentle, smooth, wavy layers. She wears it loose with random, tiny braids (that have equally tiny dagger-like jewels attached to the ends). She has a freakishly large chest (we're talking comic-book size here), a microscopic waist (in my mind, she looks like the top half of her torso might snap off at any moment), and wide, flat hips. She's taller than average (5'8") and wears three-inch black leather motorcycle boots. Her "costume" consists of a black tube-top corset-thing under a black leather jacket that stops right where her ribcage curves in and a black leather pleated mini with tiny boyshorts underneath. She flirts with anything and everything (I'm considering a scene where she hits on a toaster or something), mostly because she represents everything Blonde has repressed in her own nature. She's incredibly intelligent, and has a seemingly geniune interest in Mark, the guy Blonde likes. One of my favorite things about her is that she's not a "Truth, Justice, and the American Way" kind of hero - she does what she does because it's fun (and often Blonde's friends are in danger when she saves the day) and she has nothing better to do. Also, she has the weirdest attacks (like her first one, which I'm calling "Violent Kiss-Kiss"; you should see me when I'm acting it out - it's too funny). At the beginning, the only thing she and Blonde have in common is that they have the same ginormous blue eyes (I have this fantastic color in mind). As the story progressed, however, they start looking/acting more and more like each other.

Mark: the Obligatory Love Interest. He's fairly cute (a total god in Blonde's eyes, but a little more ordinary to everyone else), but stangely enough, has never had a girlfriend that anyone's ever met. His parents travel a lot, so he's met girls in other states, countries, etc. and had long-distance relationships with them, but none of his friends have ever met them, leading to speculation that he's making it all up and is actually gay. He vaguely likes Blonde in the beginning, but doesn't really know her (because she's too nervous to talk to him). He's completely put off by Red (because she comes on so strongly and he dislikes girls like that - one of the main reasons why he's never dated a girl at their high school). As the story progresses, however, Blonde becomes more confidant in herself (and prettier, too) and they start getting closer - but Red also backs off somewhat, so he's torn as to who he really likes. Bwahaha.

So? Eh? What do yall think? ::mucks about with her notes::
