Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
IT ROCKS! Oh man everyone has to go see this movie. It's so good. Way better than the old one. Johnny Depp is officially my favoritest actor ever. There was even an Edward Scissorhands shout-out. And some dirty jokes. And there was a reference to 2001: A Space Odyssey...where the monolith turned into a Wonka bar! Best parody ever!
Plus there was a trailer for The Legend of Zorro, set to PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN music. Betsy and I saw it, turned to each other and went "WHAT THE FUCK?!" We then laughed hysterically throughout the entire trailer...no one else understood why. The best part was, while the Pirates music was going, they seriously were doing all these Pirates moves. Antonio Banderas as Zorro looked almost exactly like Orlando Bloom as Will Turner, except more Spanishified. Which means I now have to go see that movie.
I'm going to go catch the Daily Show...I might explode from awesomeness. I hope I don't make too much of a mess.
