If it pays well and telecommuting is ok, you could try German. He's been doing online game forum-y stuff, and I guarantee you he's fluent in German. Iirc he's capable in Italian and maybe some other languages too.

It should be noted that we currently don't have a method of evaluating a candidate's fluency in German, or French, and therefore hiring is on hold while we work that out.

We are still taking applications, but no one is moving forward until our test process is in place.
