A profound question
So today at work i poundered a question which has troubled man-kind for all time (ie-me for about 10 minutes)...
Which would be more flattering- to have a song written for you or have a new species named after you?
Like all things i decided that is is circumstancial, but for most instances the composer wins.
if this surpsises you based on who i am think for a bit. Which requires more thought, several mintues of melody depicting abstact feelings, found memories, or/and someones impresion of you or having the luck to fumble on a new critter and thinking of a person you think about any way. and i am thinking like Fur Alies not "Abigail is not a snail/she's lots of fun/this song is done!" type songs.
the way its presented would matter greatly, but thats getting into the personality of the doer which would alter my responce anyway.
