二年もあっという間に経ったね

You know what today is? Today is April 14th. What day is that, you ask? Why, it's my half birthday! But that doesn't matter, because you know what's really important about today? That's right, it's my Arashi fanniversary !!

To celebrate... I don't know what I'm going to do yet. Last year I made a mini Aiba picspam, but that doesn't seem special enough for my second whole year loving Arashi. I think I will put off other obligations and finish translating the Winter 2011 JFC pamphlet for hadashinoarashi :) I actually technically discovered them a little after New Years 2009, but I didn't start feverishly watching every YouTube clip of them I could find until right around this time so I decided to make April 14th the official date

I remember those first few weeks of sparkle glory... It was spring of my senior year in high school, so I was extremely stressed out trying to finish strong and work on my capstone project, but no matter how bad my day got, no matter how many stress-inducing incidents I had to slog through, I would come home and watch a three minute clip from VSA and BAM. Instant good mood.
There are a lot of things about Arashi I would question if I weren't so ensconced in the fandom. The effect they have on me is one of pretty high magnitude, I mean, how can I be so enamored with people I've never met and will never get a chance to meet? I don't know anything about them, but I do know basically everything about what they choose to create for me, the fan. I love every minute of it. The fact of the matter is, Arashi makes me happy and I hope that never changes ♥
