Gymnastics Tour
OMG!!!!!
The tour was totally awesome!!!!!
I can't believe I was within a few feet of HBIC, and I missed a hand touch. I was in the center area, and when the Supergirl song came on, I looked to both sides, and lo and behold, she comes from behind. And I fumbled with my camera so I didn't get a close up pic either. I think most people were a bit surprised though, so I wasn't the only one who lost an op. At least I got Shayla and Tasha though.
I have some pics and video, but they will have to posted later since my camera died right after the tour was over.
I totally would have given anything to be able to have done the Meet and Greet, but I am not related to any production thing, so that sucks. Also, Nastia's beam outfit was different. It was what she wore while warming up during intermission. And she wore her pink outfit during the Ave Maria floor routine rather than her pink one. Although, from the video, I think it might still look white due to all the lights. I also noticed that the Tots didn't really do the whole intro at the beginning with announcing each other and their medals, unless that was just for the TV part. And Shawn sounded like she was sick (which Nastia mentioned). The show was a lot more full than I thought it would be. KSM was the least fun part. The rhythmic gymnasts were pretty cool.
