This has, in a way, come up in two different posts today. Or at least, part of the topic came up in one and the rest of it came up in another.

Would there be any interest in an Alternate Universe Big Bang?

I am a massive AU lover and I know that they're popular with other writers. I had the idea about a month ago (even kinda maybe mighta made a community for it), then had a sudden realization that this fall would not be a good time for me to run one.

But spring/summer would work a lot better for me. (And would give me time to finish MIAU so I could write the sequel...) I've had one person say they might be interested, depending on timing. And I just had a discussion about AUs in another journal.

So, an interest poll:

Please cross-post if you think that you have flisters who might be interested. I'd like to get a good gauge of interest.
