[After the initial talking between the group is done, soon the only ones remaining in front of the Kakariko Inn are Green and Little Zelda, everyone else having gone off to do other things, such as make arrangements for their next meeting. Green's quiet for a little while, before asking,]
You're okay, right, Zelda?
[He couldn't deny he'd been pretty worried about her lately.]
Lot better! I'm all fine, now. [A bit scarred up, granted, but he was otherwise healthy.]
And able to battle again, so I can help rescue Princess Jewel, or keep the monsters away from here. [There's a faint note of determination in his voice.]
I'm glad to hear it. I'm sure they'll need every sword they can possibly find to help, and yours will be very welcome. It almost makes me wish I were skilled in warcraft, so that I could do something useful.
Thank you. [She walks beside him, lost in a bit of thought even as she glances around to watch for potential danger.] It's so strange to realize what's happened, isn't it? That such a thing could happen, here, in the midst of so many Heroes and allies. It's frightening.
[He nods to her again, keeping a close watch for anything that didn't seem right. He didn't expect there to be any potential danger nearby, but it was good to be careful all the same.]
Yeah, it's pretty weird... [He sighs.] Ganon...always screwing things up, no matter what.
[However, it doesn't take long for him to turn back to her and smile reassuringly.]
But we'll have him beat in no time, I promise, Zelda!
We stopped him back home, so there's no way we couldn't stop him here!
[Another thought passes through his mind. Wasn't it Shadow, though, who allowed for Gufuu to be defeated? Without his help, they would have been killed without even reaching Ganon... His expression clouds over momentarily upon thinking of Shadow. The last he'd seen of him, he'd been outright antagonistic. ...What had happened in between his death and arrival here? However, he tries to distract himself from that troublesome thought, and asks,]
Often, I just try not to think about it. I know there's nothing I can do to get us there, that all any of us can do is wait and see if the powers that brought us here decide to send us back again. Thinking about it too much hurts, sometimes.
Sometimes I kind of do too...which is strange, to me. I feel like I shouldn't want it, that I should want to be home. But it is nice here, most of the time.
That's true. Well, they would, in a way, but you'd all be one. It would be the way it used to be.
[She looks thoughtful.]
I wonder if, should you four merge together again, you'd retain all the memories of everything you did while in the separate bodies.
[Sometimes, not that she would admit it, Zelda wishes a little bit that they could just be one person again. She was honest when she told Blue she loves him, but she's always loved Link, in some fashion -- he's the great constant in her life. And there are times when she would like to be home again just so she can have that single Link with her, instead of four separate entities.]

I'm fine, thank you. What about you? You're the one who's been ill, and injured -- are you feeling better?

[He grins, and nods.]

[For a change.]

Not everybody's s'posed to be a warrior. You're the princess, that's just as useful, Zelda.
[There's an embarrassed chuckle, and he rubs the back of his head.] I don't think I'd have what it takes to be a ruler.

[She just smiles.]
Would you be so good as to walk an old friend home, Green? After everything that's happened, I...don't quite like to be alone just yet.

[A nod, and he takes her hand.]
'Course I will, Zelda.

Well, how can I not trust your word? If you say it will be over in no time, then I must believe it.

...D'you ever miss being home?

[It's hard to admit that.]

[He suddenly feels rather guilty. Her tone seems melancholy, and he'd not meant to sadden her.]
...Sometimes...I kinda want to stay here.

This Hyrule's great...! I mean...the others are still with us, and...they wouldn't be if we were back home.
