[If you will please turn your attention to your surroundings, you will notice that there are multitudes of parchment flyers distributed throughout the entirety of Hyrule. You may have come across them in your travels. And if you pick one up, you will see that they read as follows:

[Instructions on each form indicate that surveys are to be deposited in sealed submission boxes either at the Kakariko Village Inn, outside the Temple of Time, or at an address leading to a locked building tucked off behind the arterial road of the castle town. Quill pens, bottles of ink, charcoal sticks, and various other writing implements have been placed by most flyer "stations" for your convenience. The rest? Is up to you! Man up and do your civic duty! :D Never mind that this survey has been sponsored by the King of Evil.]
[[OOC: So, to clarify, here's how this works! In order to fill out a "survey", just copy the text in that box, and paste it into a comment form. Delete the text in parentheses and simply replace it with your IC responses! Your character may fill out a survey form if you'd like to have them do so, and as with any voluntary response survey, they are free to answer however they like, be it truthful, polite, or not. Or, if you want to respond, but don't think your characters might voluntarily do so, feel free to assume a patrolling moblin helped them change their mind! Or cram a dead bird in there to let those authoritarian bastards know just what you think of this operation! Want to stop and chat with someone at the submission boxes? Go ahead! Really, have fun!
