[The words come out a little shaky, even for her voiceless speech. Her lungs won't stop heaving, she had no idea breathing hurt this much. She sneaks a dirty hand behind her knees and rubs her cheek, leaving a smudge over the blue freckles. She's fine, she just wants to sit here for a minute, is all. Yeah.]

[But only one person says her name like that, even with a Hyrule full of heroes. Her head lifts, two glowing blue eyes peeking out above her pants and then she's unfolding herself, crawling out from her makeshift hideaway.]
[She'll get to talking or explaining or denying or assuring in a second, right now her face has a meeting with a tunic, and if her arms have anything to do with it she's not coming out.]

I...I'm okay...Wasn't, I mean...
[For some reason having this comfort there is making it harder to get a handle on her breathing, but she bites her lip and scrunches up her face, just holding her breath until it learns its lesson and stops shaking. Link said it's okay now, so her stupid body better get the message.]

[Releasing her tight grip on Link's chest she raises both arms to make indents in the tent and slowly waves them back and forth.]

[She lowers her arms from their 'spirit' position and fishes around the blanket until she finds an edge, opening enough for her face to show. Her smirk is a little hesitant, but it's there, and she pokes a hand out to wave.]

Oh yeah? You want me to- ["keep a lookout from above?"] -um, oh hey, hi horsey!
[The catch could almost be ignored as a typical short attention span, and she's already using Link as a jungle gym to get closer and hold her hand out to the horse. Of course, she may just be trying to get him to fall over, sweet thing that she is.]

[She jingles softly at the horse and strokes along its nose and neck, the fairy equivalent of cooing.]
Are you helping Link around today? That's nice of you. I'll try to find you a carrot later, kay?
[She's pretty sure that wet and stingy feeling on her ankle means it's bleeding, but everyone else ignores that stuff so she figures she's not supposed to check.]

[She pauses for a moment when he touches her leg to remember her lines, then flicks a glance down just long enough to see the smeared red.]
What? Oh, huh. It's nothing; I must've fell or something.
[With a shrug, she's off rooting through the saddlebags with what she hopes is the right amount of nonchalance. She manages to discover a carrot and smiles triumphantly, bringing it around for the horse to grab.]
