This theme will be blur. It can be a motion blur, gaussian blur, whatever, as long as something is blurred. I will (within reason) count glowing text as blurred since you could argue that it's just a white-ish layer behind the text that's been blurred with added layer effects (that's actually how I used to do it lmao). So yeah. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. :D
Submit with your icon and icon URL as usual.

Week 158's theme will be adults, haha ('cause we did children once!). So yeah, kinda obvious, the focus of your icon should be an adult. TP Link counts. Do not submit those icons to this submit post. Wait until Week 158's submit post is put up.
