Sad that my weekend is over, but happy about it

I had the best weekend. :-D

Skipper came to visit me, and I had to drive into DC to pick him up Thursday night. I totally got all turned around, and it took me about an hour to get home from the bus station. Stupid one way non-parallel running streets.

Anyway, we didn't actually go and do a lot of fun things, but we never really spend time completely alone (Since there are always people around at Sig Tau -- not that I mind because I love Sig Tau). We did a lot of shopping. I finally bought a desk after having my computer sit on my floor for over a year. And we assembled it. It's so exciting to be able to sit at a desk. I bought Skipper's old computer, so now I have a much nicer one. I also bought a cordless keyboard and cordless optical mouse. And, I bought a 5 piece surround sound speakers. Very sweet. Skipper set up all that stuff for me. And I cooked dinner a couple times while he worked on my computer stuff. Oh, and Skipper showed me a computer game called Grim Fandango. He thought it might be something I would like, and I do. :) We also rented a movie -- Closer -- and we hadn't rented since last Thanksgiving at my parents house, so that was pretty cool too. It was just great. I felt bad about skipping Jenny's party though because I had said I would go, so I hope she has another one. But, I really am glad that I got to spend the entire weekend with skipper.

I know I sound sappy. :-p Anyway, this week, I get to go to Denver for work, and I arranged for me to fly into Pittsburgh Thursday night and fly back to VA really early Monday morning.

Oh, and another cool thing. CGI-AMS wants to have a phone interview with me. They are a consulting company, also in VA. I don't know how much I want to work for them, but maybe I will after I talk to them some more. :)
