I'd like to point out... that it's just as open as the SEISYuN movie ending. Nobody knows if they really died.

All I said was it would be his last movie.

No it's complicated I really didn't get it while i was writing it. Anyway. It's open. Believe what you want. I may answer the question someday.

Sort of what I was going for and also LOL TIME RAN OUT and my writing went on autopilot; I hardly recall writing the last three lines. But yeah. You're not supposed to see it coming. It's supposed to seem totally meaningless until the end. It's a technique I'm not great at, obviously, but something I'm working on. I've done it in a couple of pieces now. With a better time limit and an understanding audience, I'd really prefer to be able to just hand you the hints so that you want to go back and go HOW DID I MISS THAT rather than BITCH MADE THAT UP ( ... )
