Been a while
Guess who got hit by a bad case of the winter blues and who still hasn't entirely recovered/is still recovering. Me, that's who. I'm listless, only really excited to do one or two things per day, and I need to get on doing laundry before I'm forced to wear shorts in winter. Fingers crossed that I'll be better soon.
I've got about two three things to say, but watch, I'll think of more as I write this post.
I) Late to the party here, but the webcomic Digger did finish (last year, in march. hush.) and last time I read it I loved it, and I am pleased to report that the entire thing is amazing, including the ending. Listen: read the first six pages and you'll know if you want to keep reading or not. (I can't imagine anyone who wouldn't like it though!)
I'm being vague on plot as it's really a marvel you'll want to discover for yourself - but it has wombats, hyenas (I love Ed to pieces), at least two Gods (one that's dead), and vampiric squash. (The squash aren't a huge part of the plot, but they're crucial!)
Also one of the best definitions of evil that I've ever read, but I should stop here before I go off again.
II) Gabriel Big Bang is due at the end of the month (rough draft but still) and I finally have a plot and an opening scene or two, and a way to work around writing the Winchesters too much.
To anyone who can write Dean and Sam without effort: I envy you.
Fortunately this story is Gabriel-centric so I can worry more about accidentally butchering him, but bleh - I'd better stop whining and get back to writing it. Deadline is approaching, after all!
III) I hope everyone is well - and I want to apologize to anyone who I haven't gotten back to re: comments / tweets / whatever. When I don't feel so listless I'll get back to you.
