Public Service Announcement Re:Hurricane.
First, I want to reassure: I live in New York, but I'm over by the Lake. Out of the path of the hurricane, I live on high ground, etc. The worst I'll probably get are rainstorms/power outages.
So please: do not worry about me.
Instead, please send prays/good thoughts/what have you to my Uncle and two Cousins who live in MA and NJ respectively, and to my Mom's friend who lives in CT. Please also send those good thoughts to all of my flisters who are in the path.
Finally, on a different note: my parents are home safe from their trip to OK, and I survived alone in the house for a week. All is well.
Let's hope it remains that way.
