NaNo meme.
I indulged in theft of this meme from theeighthmuse, as now seems like a good time to decide on a plot for my NaNo.
[ ] A title? (Titles are always a last minute thing for me.)
[x] A plot (however vague)? (Um. Kind of? I'm working on it. >.>)
[ ] and/or a tagline/synopsis?
[x] Main characters? (Again. Kind of. >.>)
[x] minor characters? (Loads n loads of 'em.)
[x] An emotional relationship/connection with your characters? (Does 'you sound interesting!' count?)
[ ] A beginnning?
[ ] A middle?
[ ] An end?
[x] A setting/settings? (I have at least one of these.)
[ ] The climax?
[ ] The resolution?
[x] A dictionary and/or thesaurus stationed nearby? (Between Google and my angel dictionary, I am set. :])
[ ] A bottomless coffee mug for inducing insomnia? (Coffee tastes too bitter. Bleh.)
[x] A notebook for when you can't access your computer? (AND nice working black ink pens.)
[ ] A word count goal higher than 50K? ('m not crazy. Not that crazy.)
[ ] Pliers with with to cut your internet connection to prevent distraction? (And lose my chance for word wars?)
[x] Muses to keep your imagination sparked? (It's more of 'if I think about something I will get an idea', but yeah.)
[ ] An inner pep talker? (See me. See me mope. *sigh*)
[x] An outer support system / someone to nag you? (origamicage and others, I am counting on you!)
[x] a writing buddy (official or unofficial)? (Even if they don't know it yet, it counts.)
[ ] a cage to lock your inner editor in (only for a month)? (I can't. I have to fix typos.)
[x] a pause button for your social life (if you had one to begin with)? (Not that there was much of one in the first place...)
[ ] A reward if you reach your goal? (...that's a good idea.)
[ ] A consolation prize if you don't? (...that's also a good idea.)
[x] Motivation? (I want this done, and I want this done right.)
[x] Negative emotions (stress, panic, fear, etc.)? (Stress is guaranteed, what with family being around. And then there's the moping.)
[x] Positive emotions (happiness, excitement, eagerness, etc.)? (When I can, I wanna be cheerful.)

[ ] sanity? (seeing as I'm sitting here considering angels and/or aliens and/or other ideas...let's leave that unchecked.)
In short, I'm not entirely ready yet. I've worked myself back into a corner again. I mean, I have ideas, but between picking one and then ditching it entirely in favor of a new shiny one?
