Oops, I'm supposed to finish that entry, right?
Yeah, I totally forgot about the post I said I would finish once I got to my sister's house. Upon arriving, Dan and I started playing Betwixt, one of those really old, simple games that somehow requires much more brainpower than I'm able to exert. ^-^; I'm not that bright...
Anyway. Christmas Eve was okay. I was happy just to be able to spend it around my family: Mum, Aleena, Dan, Leilana, and Baby Dan. We were supposed to stay to watch Seven Pounds with my sister, but I was really, really tired and wanted to get home. Christmas Day was almost completely uneventful; my mum and I opened presents from Gary and my dad together, then she promptly left to go to Gary's for the day. Yeah... I wasn't too happy.
Yesterday, I went to the mall to hit up the post-Christmas sales. I got myself a few tops, then Nova and I went to The Pink Banana, an adult store in the area. We'd gone to Nancy's Nook before, but I prefer The Pink Banana. :D The ladies working there are always so nice, and DAYUM, they're creative. o.o It's an anatomy lesson just walking in and looking at all the funnily-shaped vibrators. XD ("What's THAT appendage supposed to be hitting??") After The Pink Banana, we came back here and cooked dinner and chatted a bit before Nova ducked out. I took an early bedtime, which was cut short by a text/call from AJ. Like I minded at all. :D
Today has absolutely nothing lined up, save for a visit to my sister's at 7pm to watch Seven Pounds. I'm only kinda sorta looking forward to it. Things between her and Dan are slowly, but surely, patching themselves up.
About a week after I came back, Dan came home with roses for her, cooked her dinner, and cuddled up with her as they watched a movie. Then he gave her a massage (quickest way to my sister's heart). She called me the next day saying, "If he expects everything to be fine after last night, however good it was, he needs to think again." I told her that just like it's taken eight weeks for her to build up to this point of feeling so much pain, she can't expect everything to fix itself overnight. It's easy to ruin a relationship, but much harder to fix it. The point is that Dan IS trying to fix it. That's got to be worth something, right?
Let's see, what else...
My belly button piercing is healing up nicely. The good news is that while I was sick with the flu, and I thought it was infected, it was impossible for it to be infected because the doctor prescribed me antibiotics. XD It's doing everything it's supposed to be doing now. The slight discoloration is going away, the white stuff (that the manual says isn't pus, and is a sign of good healing) is starting to ebb off, and it's beginning to itch like hell. :D I wash it 2-3 times a day, depending how active I've been, and I'm hoping I can have a perfect healing process without any accidents. :D And yeah, no peroxide this time. o.o
On that note, I'm off to play some WoW. I've started playing my trollie again, so I is having with teh happy. :D
P.S. AJ's coming to visit for New Years on Monday or Tuesday! YEY!!!!!!!!!
