Winning At Life
MWAHAHA.
So, I wrote a paper for AngloSaxon Lit. And it was about MAN-LOVE. And I got an *A*. On a paper. ABOUT SHONEN AI. It *boggles* the mind. Actually, I got an A- because I didnt fulfill the assignment >>;; I mean, come *on*, who asks for 5 pages on 3 sonnets?? That leaves like *no* room for deep analysis. so i thought it was a mistake, and wrote about one sonnet. But the assignment was three. So meh. But whatever, my paper was f*cking *awesome*. I mean, I took a hit in the grade, because I didnt do the assignment, but I'd rather write an interesting kickass paper that is completely different. Well...unless it would result in something below an A-. Because that is as far as my patience extends ^^ll teeheee~ I love doing whatever I want XD I always write my best papers when I can do whatever the fuck i want. Like, the paper i did about the Fall of Man from the Garden of Eden as related to Robert Frost's "After Apple Picking", and the value of hard work on the soul.
And just to reiterate, i think us getting booted out of the Garden was a *good* thing. And if you want to know why, I can tell you. I would *love* to tell you. Man, I really want to write a paper about religion and art and the orthodxy, because I would get into that paper SO HARDCORE. I love my chosen majors. LOVE THEM. Even my *minor*. Okay, Kawashima's culture class is painful, but i was doing independent research today and trying to memorize brushstroke orders and that was *also* extremely gratifying. I feel so lucky that I actually really do love what I'm doing ^^
Art History midterm tomorrow. See, I cant write about boy sex there, because because its too blatant to be insightful. -.- But, hopefully it will be a virtuoso performance, because thats one of the proffs that wrote me a rec, so I must repay her kindness with hard work and dedication! MWAARR~
