Art History MADNESS
So, took the American painting final...I got some stuff wrong, i know, so...fuck >_< But this still doesnt rule out an A, even though it's more likely i'll get an A-, but...zomg i want an A T_T
And this morning, when I took a nap, i had a NIGHTMARE. I blame art history. it was the 19th century, adn Whistler was hanging out with his Asian friends (which my mind totally made up), and they were yelling at him for beign poser Asian >_> This is probably not as amusing for those of you not familiar with his art...i'll explain later to the rest of you. And then I was trapped in a house of mirrors, but instead of mirrors, they were WHISTLER paintings. and japanese prints and they kept floatign adn zooming in and out >_< It was really upsetting. And then out of nowhere Mary Cassatt was making out with the Japanese woman from the 1901 Aquatint "The Letter" ..and it was scary because Cassatt was human, but the Japanese woman was like a living print T_T and and ...and then the Met EXPLODED into a cubist buildign and it kind of looked like a mix of "Nude Descending a Staircase" and "Ma Jolie" T_T aghh and then picasso was flashing between self portraits of himself and i tried to chase him away and aghhh T_T ....in retrospect, this is rather hilarious, but I was really upset while dreaming it. You see Joe! this is why i was happy to wake up ^^v
So tonight! Picasso paper! And then I will be happy. Oh, the woman at the met *totally* got back to me and my research is confirmed, w00t xD So, now its all up to my paper writing skillz. The problem is that I have *no* idea what she wants so i may accidentally get an A-, but oh well. Though, if i fuck up from carelessness and get below that I may very well retake the class >_> It's a really importatn class T_T
