Good Cats
I have a good cat on my lap right now. I guess it's getting cold, so she's more cuddly. That, or she's been upset that we've been gone so often on weekends.
We made Sankta Lucia buns yesterday, although it's a few weeks early -- I usually don't get around to them, so baking them early is an improvement. The recipes just said "wheat flour" and I think we should have used all-purpose rather than whole wheat, so they turned out less yellow than usual. But they still taste good! Luckily I had my friend who has gone to baking school, and who knows all about tricky things like yeast.
