Picture update; also, demons
Since I uploaded this already (for the purposes of seeking feedback/advice on certain aspects of it), here's the current* version:
There's still a lot of stuff to do, including drawing the chibi-fox on the left and shading so things don't look flat, as well as placing appropriate embellishments and (after I look into how to) folds on her clothing. And I need to actually make a background. But it's looking fairly good now, I think. ^^
* Sortof - her left arm is not missing, but was set to not visible so as not to distract from the "What should that arm be doing?" question I wanted to ask.
Also, I realise that though I was working on an image of size 2560x2048, I'd not been using that whole canvas, but rather only that part of it. Which kinda messes up the plan, but oh well...
On a completely unrelated note, I've gotten rather fond of the musical version of Doom: Repercussions of Evil recently. I've mentioned elsewhere that the delivery of "No! You will BE KILL BY DEMONS" is better in the live-action version, but the musical version is both oddly catchy and in possession of a hilarious image for the "HE GOING TO KILL US" line.
Also, recently I've found that the creature depicted in said image is apparently called a Mancubus, which makes it even funnier. XD
I also enjoy both the original story and the serious rewrite of it. The latter's actually pretty awesome, I realise, having re-read it a few times.
