the pieces come together
-and so it is
just like you said it would be-
this past week is the epitome of what i had hoped i'd be doing here. or what everyone else had told me i just needed to be patient for. or what i knew i'd be happiest doing. i've been insanely busy, and i'm kind of losing my mind... but i wouldn't have it any other way. going from anne frank rehearsals straight to journey to hell rehearsals, to preparing monologues for department auditions, to memorizing lines for drama 60... to teching all weekend, to more rehearsals, to actually auditioning, to opening anne frank to a great response, to getting callbacks...
i am completely overwhelmed. and loving every minute of it.
this has been such a fulfilling semester. i am proud of the work i've done, and i am glad to know that i haven't wasted the opportunities given to me.
i guess all it takes is a little patience, eh? it sucks doing the waiting... but when it finally comes together, oh man... it comes together BIG TIME.
