Look at my xmas tree :)
As part of the office xmas celebrations this year, each department was given a small budget to decorate an area/cubicle/meeting room. This is what we came up with!! We stacked plastic cups to form an xmas tree and filled it with coloured candy, candy canes, and had a santa sitting on the top! What I thought was really cool though was the 'special lighting' effect used. My colleague came up with this ingenious idea to project coloured powerpoint slides onto the cups so it changed colours every 2 seconds. The kaleidoscope of colours was very pretty!
Think word got round about our little display but I'd dismantled our 'tree' by the time people came to look at it. A good thing I snapped some shots! Silly me forgot to take a video of it changing lights though. Anyway, much to our surprise, we won best team for creativity! That really made my day! :)
