I find it extra-entertaining that I actually know what it means.

I've got moderate competency in Geek, I guess. Then again, hang around enough of them (or just be "geek-o-sexual") and you start to pick it up.

I admit freely to intellectual snobbery. Most of the time, people who don't make me think bore me.

But I have this uncanny attraction to computer geeks. I just don't get what they see in me, being so far out of what they do.

I mean, I can talk about psychoeducational interventions, but how that fits with people who talk about Perl or Oracle, or BOFHs and such...I just don't get.
