Catching up again
So my next excursion to Northville/Plymouth wasn't quite as fun as the last, but it was still pretty good. I returned to the Elephant Bar on Friday night and danced with a few girls. None of my other friends would though, damn tards. Still I spent some time with them and we talked about all sorts of stuff. Matt Rogers from St. Clair Shores came out, so and Drew Farley from Royal Oak. Then the usual Stefel, Nance, Klein and even Basse from Grand Rapids. Got to see a few more people I hadn't in awhile.
Saturday was paintball for 4 hours and I was kicking ass! Its so fun to run around and shoot some mofo's I don't even know. After that I was too tired to go out so I called it an early night.
Waking up at 8am on Sunday I met my mother at a church in Livonia. Afterwards we had breakfast and went to visit my aunt and Grandmother in Sterling Heights. It was a nice family day. Glad these only come once every few months though.
On my way back to Lansing, there were 2 accidents that caused major traffic backups on I-96. So I just smoked one and chilled out.
Lately I have been keeping with my New Year's resolution to continue excercising at least twice a week. I recently went back on creatine for a little extra energy. With the new vitamins I have been taking I feel really good. I have also begun to go tanning. So far not much has happened. I just don't want to get really burnt again this summer.
I am excited about Rock N' Reggae coming up in a few weeks. It will be nostalgic heading back up to CMU. I haven't been to Mt. Pleasant since Halloween. Most of the people I went to school with have either graduated or dropped out. At this point I would say its about 50/50. Still I know about a half dozen friends there and they always ask when I'll be up next.
I went shopping during lunch today and bought some new necklaces (mine are really old) a compass for my car along with air fresheners, 2 new beer pints, a shirt, some tanning lotion, a new wallet and hair gel. its strange that I've been out looking for stuff the past few weeks, but found nothing. Yet today a got a bunch of stuff. I like shopping.
With the nice weather, this weekend should be awesome. Friday night I'm going to see Kill Bill 2 and probably head to East Lansing. Its been awhile since I partied there. Then Satuday I'll probably see The Punisher (hard to believe that 2 movies I really want to see are coming out in the same weekend). Then head to Mac's for "One Man Army" from Binary Star.
As for today, I'm going to excercise and sling some disc with Picot. I haven't been disc golfing for awhile.
