The cheapest meal I have discovered in this country
The Toasted Egg Sandwich:
6 eggs: 79p (good for 3-6 sandwiches)
1 loaf bread: 89p (good for appx. 10 sandwiches)
1 bottle HP Fruity sauce: £1.19 (good for many many sandwiches)
Fry eggs to taste. I find that over hard works best for sandwiches. Toast bread to desired darkness. Add desired number of eggs (I use 2) to toasted bread, add brown sauce (or deisred condiment) to taste. Form sandwich. Enjoy.
