Rob Riggle (I used to hate him, but he's gotten really good lately.)

Terminate immediately:
Jason Jones (Usually mean-spirited, rarely funny)
Samantha Bee (never funny)
Demetri Martin (I like his stand-up, but his material on TDS is stale)
