Good day so far. Had to run for train this morning, and did fair amount of running up and down the stairs (2 flights) delivering mail first thing this morning, so feeling v. energetic already.
Calories wise, I’m doing this to slim down before the Christmas Party on 11th December, so I have 7 weeks. I thought I’d start with the 28 day Challenge and go from there. So I’m going for 1500 cals for the first 2 weeks, then I’m going to gradually take it lower to 1300 cals, then 1100 cals.
Unfortunately, because I have to work late tonight, by the time I get home I won’t have time to go out to the park for a jog (plus it’ll be too dark) so I probably won’t do any official exercise, although I do get a lot of walking in today - it all counts!
