Quite a change from
six months! I hadn't realised just how dramatic the difference was until I looked back on the previous photos. Most of these plants are ready, or past ready, to be liberated from the tree guards.
Body parts provided for scale purposes. I'm about 5'6" and the legs belong to my mother, who's 5'9".
Growing!
Creeping Saltbush, creeping. This is what will keep the long grass down in the future. Had to take this kind out of the bags early so it could grow in the right direction.
Bluebush
Wattle
Melaleuca
And the tree line along my eastern boundary:
Red River Gums, planted June 2004
March 2005
March 2006
I'm thrilled with the progress - thanks again to everyone who helped with the planting or provided moral support from afar!
