Favourite crying/sad scene:
I don't even have to think about this one: it's Dean holding dying/dead Sam at the end of All Hell Breaks Loose Part 1, and being so devastated that he was driven to sell his soul for Sam's life in AHBL2. I posted about how sad it made me when I first saw it, out of order, two weeks into my 126-episodes-in-a-month SPN catch-up in 2011.
Runner up: Dean after Sam jumped into the pit in Swan Song.
