GOOD EATS!
The food in Amsterdam was SO good. And it's not even that the Dutch have great tasting foods in their culture (trust me I know this I come from a Dutch family... it's taters starches cheese and pastries galore) but Amsterdam is such a melting pot that we found foods from Italy, Peru, Uruguay, Argentina, etc. the list goes on and on. The coffee was excellent. Anyways... just take a look.

CHEESE GLOROUS CHEESE!!!
But perhaps the most amazing thing I have ever seen happened at approx. 30,000 feet in the air. I was deep in thought about my relationship with Dave at the time when I saw the night catching the day. I could see the line of the darkness of night about to come... and that line was trying to catch up to the light of day across the sky. It was almost as if the darkness was right outside the plane and we were going at the same speed. I know it's not possible... but I grabbed my camera and took this shot.
The image is nothing like what I saw being there in person, of course some things just can't be captured on film and you'd have to see them for yourself.
