So I went.
I did a mile on the treadmill. A 17 & 1/2 min mile, but hey, everyone gotta start somewhere.
I started to get a pain in my side around .8 miles, so I left it at just one.
reminder: workout FIRST... *then* dinner. ::yick::
OKay, so the plan is to get up at 5am and go before work tomorrow.
.... let's see.
