I suppose I haven't been going much on my time off in between classes.
This trip coming up soon. I do hope I've made the right choice in deciding to go. It'll be a better way to connect with the students, considering I am a bit on the new side around here.

Was it the right choice? Coming here I mean. I did it for a better life, but... In a way, I don't feel involved enough, inexperienced. That's what happens when you bring in a Teacher's Assistant in the middle of the teaching year. It's still taking some time getting used to. Yuri has been making me feel comfortable here. We've been meeting on a regular basis to converse about each others and our lives. Although he needs to learn to call me by my correct name. It's Kallen, not 'Kal'.
