It's just a general question I suppose, but... How does a person treat another one so differently from the rest? The rest being all the same. It's a bit cryptic, I know, but that's the only way I can ask.

I don't understand. I haven't know him for that long, and sure, we've talked pretty often since his arrival but... I just don't get why I'm acting that way around him. It's as if I know him or if I'm supposed to. The laughing, joking, teasing... I haven't done any of those things in a long time. I-- it's as if... I'm talking with Naoto. And to be honest, it kind of scares me. It's been near fifteen years since then. No one knows that side of me... except for Naoto and now, Gabriel.

Loki's injuries are bad enough where he walks around a bit slower than normal, but outside of that, he's fine. Zachariah seems to be a bit worried about him, but at least, they're getting along as far as I can see. But I get the feeling Loki doesn't want to be left alone after what happened. I guess that's where Zachariah comes in when I go to class. And when I return, none of my belongings are destroyed. This is a good sign.

Mr. Wan Shi Tong, I'm told your owl did this to Loki. I don't know what happened, but I believe this is a little cruel for an animal. I can't be around him all the time, but I'll try and make sure he doesn't enter the library. But if your owl insists on attacking animals or people for the slightest thing, then the library would be no longer safe for anyone... who's not you. And in that case, you would be impeding on the students' learning experience. I'm afraid I cannot allow that.
