Writer's Block: Teen Time Machine
A future decade. Like, I dunno, the...what do you even call the time periods after the 90s? The 2000s?
Well, I'd wanna live in the 2000-50s, or whenever technology gets so advanced that it's totally awesome. You know, so I can fly to work with my jet pack and play virtual reality games in my living room and listen to Daft Punk without being made fun of. : D
But then again, I wouldn't want to go to when it's too advanced; when robots rebel and take over or some idiot builds a super weapon of mass destruction and nukes the planet. All the sci-fi books I read about the future always start off sounding pretty cool, but then the main character finds out that they're really living in a dystopian world. I'd like to be in the era right before that shit happens.
